From Survey to Fortress: How an Installation Works
Step 1: Audit
We survey your property with professional diagnostic tools — mapping WiFi coverage, testing network security, assessing camera positions, and documenting the infrastructure you have today. You receive a full report with a custom Digital Fortress blueprint
Step 2: Design
Using the audit data, we design your complete system — specifying exact hardware, access point placement, cable routes, camera positions, VLAN architecture, and failover configuration. Every decision is tailored to your property's construction, layout, and your household's usage patterns.
Step 3: Install
Our engineers carry out the physical installation — cabling, mounting, racking, and configuration. A typical home installation takes 1–3 days. When we leave, every device is configured, every VLAN is locked down, every camera is recording, and the whole system is accessible from your phone.
Step 4: Handover
We walk you through the UniFi dashboard, explain how to use the Protect app, test everything in front of you, and hand over full documentation of your system — network diagram, credentials, hardware list, and support information.
Step 5: Protect
With Digital Guardian, we continue monitoring and maintaining your system remotely — keeping firmware current, watching for issues, and returning annually for a health check
